There are lots of tutorials on how to use a 3-barrel waver on Youtube, but everybody does it in their own distinct way, so here's my way!
If you don't already have a triple-barrel waver, I highly recommend one.
I have fine hair, and this takes me about ten minutes. so of course, if you have thick hair, this will take you a bit longer. A way you can speed up the process is to scrunch the bottom half of all of your layers and just wave the rest because the bottom half won't be seen as much and if it's scrunched enough it should blend in okay. ;D

What you need:
Heat Protective Spray (I used VO5 heat defense)
Hair Spray (I used Finesse)
Biosilk hair therapy (optional)
a glove (preferably the heat protective ones).
