Shipping Policy & Rates

US ORDERS

BeautyChoice.com is proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (3 to 5 Business Days) on all US orders over $50 USD.  For shipments totaling less than $50 USD, there is a flat standard delivery charge of $6.95 USD.  The free shipping offer applies to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska.  Please be aware that delivery time to APO addresses might add one to five days onto the estimated shipping lead times.

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.  Most items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California (USA). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business day Monday.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Priority Mail Upgrade (1 to 5 Days)
If your order qualifies for FREE Shipping and you would like to upgrade to US Priority Mail (1-5 Business Days) and you live within the United States, there is a flat fee of $2.00 USD.

Next Day - 1 Business Day

All Canadian Orders are shipped via United States International Priority Mail and typically take 6 to 10 Business Days.  Rates are based on the total weight of the items that you ordered.

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM PST on Friday (or on a Holiday) will be processed the following business day. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend, so if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.  Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
To our valued Canadian customers, please be aware that upon delivery your local carrier will collect applicable Province Sales Tax (PST), Government Sales Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and duties.

EUROPE & ASIA

Besides the US and Canada, BeautyChoice.com also ships to the following countries. All shipments are sent via United States International Priority Mail which typically takes between 6 to 10 business days.  The shipping charges to these countries are based on the total weight of the items you ordered (see below).  Most items orders are shipped for less than $30.00 USD.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from BeautyChoice.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

DOT Guidelines
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts the air shipment of certain items that could contribute to on-board fires or other mishaps. Restricted products include, but are not limited to aerosols, nail polishes and removers, shaving creams, hairsprays, and other items that may contain flammable chemicals that could be hazardous during transit.

These DOT restricted products must be shipped via ground delivery. We are unable to ship DOT restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

These items include, but are not limited to:

• items that are packaged under pressure
• items that are flammable, volatile
• items that contain corrosive or potentially hazardous materials
