Returns & Exchanges Are Simple
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging. Used items that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%
- If your return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and ALL shipping charges will be refunded.
- If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. If you received free shipping a $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
- Expect to receive your refund withing ten business days from the time that your return/exchange is received by our warehouse. This will give us enough time to test and inspect the item(s) that were returned and for the credit card company to process the refund amount back onto your credit card.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Wigs, hair extensions, and hair pieces (per California Health Code Standards)
- Perfumes and Fragrances
- Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
- Hair Brushes and/or Hair Combs (per California Health Code Standards)
- Hair loss fibers (per California Health Code Standards)
- Liquid hair care items (per California Health Code Standards)
- Makeup & Cosmetics
- Skin and Body Care Wet Goods (e.g. lotion, moisturizers, etc.)
- Vitamins and Supplements
- Epilators
