Returns & Exchanges

Request RMA

No hassle returns!  You can return most new and unopened items (with the following exception):

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging.  Used items that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%  Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and ALL shipping charges will be refunded. Please contact customer service for a return label. 
  • If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges.  If you received free shipping a $10 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
  • Expect to receive your refund within seven to ten business days from the time that your return/exchange is received by our warehouse.  This will give us enough time to test and inspect the item(s) that were returned and for the credit card company to process the refund amount back onto your credit card.
  Due to health restrictions, the following items may not be returned:
  • Wigs, hair extensions, and hair pieces (per California Health Code Standards)
  • Cosmetics
  • Hair brushes and/or hair combs (per California Health Code Standards)
  • Skin Care Tools, Epilators and Wet goods


WHERE DO I RETURN ITEMS?

Once you have created your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) you will receive all of the information you need in order to process you return/exchange.  The return address will be included in the email instructions that are sent to you.
