Warranty Service If you purchased an item at BeautyChoice.com and it ceases to work within 90 days BeautyChoice.com will gladly replace the item eliminating the need for you to have to contact the manufacturer. This means you can return the item directly to BeautyChoice.com! Simply call one of our customer service representatives at 1-310-966-6780 to arrange the replacement. Proof of purchase from BeautyChoice.com will be required.

How do I exercise my warranty? Exercising a warranty at BeautyChoice.com is easy! Simply give us a call between 9 AM and 6 PM PST Monday through Friday or email us. Please be prepared to provide the following information: - Your Name (as it appears on your credit card or BeautyChoice.com account)
- Your Billing Address
- Your Order number
- and, the most convenient time and means (e.g. email, phone, or mail) for us to reach you
Our fee for warranty services are as follows:
- Within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico): $10.00
- Canada: $25.00 (US dollars)
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as countries outside the US and Canada will be charged based on the typical freight rates for those areas. Please contact our customer service department to determine the applicable rates.
What form of payments are acceptable for Warranty and Repair Service? VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, money order and check. We prefer credit card since it allows us to process your request a lot faster. If you decide to pay by check, we will have to wait for the check to clear before we can process the replacement/repair. Once your payment has been processed, we will send your replacement product. Please return your defective product as soon as possible to avoid further charges.
