What is our Drop Ship Program?
By using our Drop Ship Program, you will have the advantage of access to our complete wholesale inventory of beauty related products (except Fragrances). We offer state-of-the-art fulfillment capability. Our name (BeautyChoice.com) will not appear in or on the shipping carton--however we will insert any and all of your paperwork, which can help to promote your business.
Shipping Costs
U.S. Shipping:
Free for US orders over $50.00. Orders less than $50 are charged $6.95.
International Shipping:
International shipping rates vary upon weight, customs policies, as well as destination country.
How to Order
Once registered, all orders are placed on our website at www.BeautyChoice.com. All of your personal information is protected by our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts and protects all of your personal data (name, address, credit card number) so that it can not be read by anyone over the internet. Alternatively, you may submit a file to us via secure FTP. Please email or call us for additional details.
Shipping/Arrival Time
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
BeautyChoice.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 business hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order. International orders might take a bit longer due to customs.
Payment/Credit
1) Credit card: we accept all major credit cards. There is an area on our site whereby you can give us your credit card information to use for all of your drop ship orders.
2) Credit: credit is extended to customers who have been doing business with us for a minimum of one year and who have good credit standing. Our initial credit terms are net 15 days.
Inventory/Datafeed
BeautyChoice.com carries approvimately 7,000 items in the beauty and personal care category. BeautyChoice.com can supply you with a inventory datafeed that contains a detailed (and up to date) account of our inventory.
The datafeed includes the following information:
- Name of Item, Product-ID, Mfg-ID, MSRP, Weight, Wholesale Cost, Description, and Picture of Item. Additional fields may be available upon specific request.
The datafeed is in an easy to upload txt format.
Inventory is updated daily with new products added every day. Consequently, products are taken out of our inventory when they are no longer available. Therefore, to minimize the likelihood of any out of stocks, we recommend that our drop shippers update their inventory daily with our datafeed.
Returns
Returns are accepted and further information will be supplied upon registration.
Order Cancellation
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. Once your package is received and you wish to return it, please visit our website and review our return policy.
Fraudulent Orders
BeautyChoice.com is not responsible for fraudulent orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing each order.
Taxes
Sales tax will be charged on all drop-ship orders shipped to the State of California. If you place a Wholesale order (for re-sale) sales tax will not be charged if product is being shipped to the State of California. Of course, you must provide a valid reseller permit number.
Out of Stock Items
From time to time, we may not be able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
